Todd Crosland currently works of of the Salt Lake City area. Salt Lake City has the greatest population out of all the cities in Utah. Recently, CNN declared that SLC is the least stressed city in the United States due to its abundance of jobs and low cost of living. Founded by Brigham Young in 1847, a large influx of LDS Church members immigrated to the irrigated and cultivated valley. With population rising, a mining boom, and a destination for the first transcontinental railroad Salt Lake City was able to experience great economic growth, calling themselves the “Crossroads of the West.” Since then, SLC has been able to develop a flourishing outdoor recreation industry thanks to its close by mountainous region. It is also known as the industrial banking center for the US.
